Exhibit F - Non-Conflict of Interest

This is a Non-Conflict of Interest certification document for the Fresh Produce Request for Quote solicitation issued by the State of Colorado. The document serves as a formal attestation requirement for bidders participating in this procurement opportunity. Bidders are required to certify that they have no conflicts of interest that would impair their ability to perform the contracted services or that would create competing loyalties or obligations. The certification affirms compliance with applicable conflict of interest regulations and statutes governing state procurement activities.

The non-conflict of interest certification must be completed and submitted by all bidders as a condition of bid proposal submission. This document establishes the legal framework ensuring that vendors have disclosed any potential conflicts and affirm their eligibility to compete for the Fresh Produce contract. Bidders must represent that they are not in violation of any statutes or regulations relating to conflicts of interest and that they will maintain this compliant status throughout contract performance and any subsequent renewal periods.
