About this file

Exhibit F - Non-Conflict of Interest

This document is a conflict of interest certification form for the Sabre & MK Ballistic Products procurement opportunity in Colorado. The exhibit establishes the framework for vendors and their representatives to disclose and certify the absence of conflicts of interest in their participation as bidders or contractors for this state contract opportunity. The form requires signatories to acknowledge their understanding of conflict of interest definitions and to affirm that they have no financial, personal, or professional interests that would compromise their ability to perform objectively or create competing loyalties that could interfere with contract execution.

The conflict of interest certification serves as a compliance mechanism to ensure procurement integrity and fair competition among potential bidders. Execution of the exhibit is typically required as a condition of bid submission or contract award, obligating vendors to disclose any relationships, employment, financial holdings, or other circumstances that might constitute a conflict. The form establishes accountability for truthful disclosure and sets forth the consequences of misrepresentation or non-disclosure of material conflicts, protecting Colorado's procurement process and ensuring that contract performance is conducted in the public interest without undue influence or bias.
