About this file
This document is an IT Pass/Fail Review Rubric for the Secondary Mathematics Curriculum/Textbook Adoption (Grades 6-8) solicitation issued by Cache County School District (CCSD) in Utah. The rubric serves as the evaluation tool to determine whether vendor proposals meet the Digital/IT Requirements specified in Tab 3 of the RFP. CCSD seeks to adopt a comprehensive, research-based secondary mathematics curriculum for its four middle schools, with a primary objective of providing updated materials that support effective teaching and learning while offering enhanced digital resources and tools for teachers and students.
The IT rubric evaluates proposals on a strict Pass/Fail basis across two primary sections: Usability and Student Data Privacy. Section A—Usability requires vendors to demonstrate user-friendly access through Single Sign-On capabilities, seamless Canvas integration, compatibility with PowerSchool student information systems, web-based and device-agnostic digital resources, and robust account management functionality for administrators. Section B—Student Data Privacy mandates compliance with all Federal and State student data privacy requirements, with specific attention to Utah student data privacy regulations as referenced in Attachment B of the RFP. Failure to meet any required item results in the proposal being deemed non-responsive. The rubric provides designated spaces for reviewer documentation, including pass/fail determinations and proposal references to support evaluation findings.
