About this file
This document is an Addendum #4 to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for expert professional operational support services. The RFP (No. 6000002546) is for a four-year term, with proposals now due by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time on December 18, 2024. The services will be requested on a "task order" basis, indicating flexible, as-needed professional support.
The addendum primarily modifies the insurance requirements, specifically adding a new Professional Liability Insurance clause. The new requirement mandates that the selected consultant maintain professional liability insurance of at least $1 million per claim, covering acts, errors, or omissions in their work. The insurance must be on a claims-made basis with a minimum 3-year reporting/discovery period. Potential bidders with questions are directed to contact Ms. Monika Radkowska via email at mradkowska@panynj.gov.
