PROFESSIONAL OPERATIONAL SUPPORT SERVICES AS

REQUESTED ON A “TASK ORDER” BASIS FOR A FOUR-YEAR TERM

(RFP# 6000002546) – ADDENDUM #3

Dear Sir or Madam:

The following is a question from a Request for Proposals (RFP) recipient. The question and the corresponding Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the Authority) answer is provided for your information and use, as appropriate.

Question #1: If we plan to submit on multiple categories within the Operational Support “Task Order” Program, do we have to submit Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women-owned Business Enterprises (WBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) firms for each category?

Answer #1: Yes. The selected Consultant(s) will need to demonstrate a good faith effort to meet the subconsultant participation goals (20% MBE, 10% WBE and 3% SDVOB) on a task order basis. For the purposes of this RFP, provide the names and addresses of all proposed MBE/WBE/SDVOBs that shall be included in this plan, understanding that a plan must be provided for each solicited task order at which time, additional and/or alternate MBE, WBE, and SDVOB firms may be added.

The date for receipt of proposals for the subject RFP remains 2:00 P.M. on December 13, 2024.

If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Amira Willis at amwillis@panynj.gov.
