About this file
This document is an Addendum 1 for Request for Proposal (RFP) #2025-23 issued by Gregg County for Ancillary Insurance Policies. The addendum, dated July 31, 2025, provides clarification to potential vendors regarding the scope of services for the insurance policy procurement. Specifically, the addendum modifies Page 10 of the original RFP to indicate that while Gregg County prefers all ancillary policies to be quoted with a single agent/carrier, standalone policy quotes will also be considered.
The addendum emphasizes that vendors are not required to acknowledge this bid deadline extension when submitting their RFP response. The issuing authority for this addendum is the Commissioners Court or Purchasing Agent, who retain the right to make interpretations, corrections, additions, or changes to the original RFP and specification/scope through such addenda. No additional details about pricing, specific insurance policy requirements, or evaluation criteria are provided in this document.
