About this file
This document is Exhibit F, a Sexual Harassment Training Policy Statement, which requires bidders/respondents to certify their compliance with sexual harassment prevention policies. The exhibit mandates that each bidder/respondent has a written policy addressing sexual harassment prevention in the workplace and provides annual sexual harassment prevention training to all employees, meeting the requirements of section 201-g of the labor law.
The document includes a legal notice warning that knowingly making a false statement is a Class A misdemeanor under New York State law. Bidders must affirm their compliance under penalty of perjury by signing the document, which provides space for the authorized signature, printed name, and title, along with the date of affirmation. The policy aims to ensure workplace safety and prevent sexual harassment by requiring organizations to have comprehensive training and prevention policies in place.
