Bid No. 26-132 is soliciting qualified vendors to provide these services under a three-year agreement beginning September 1, 2026 and ending August 31, 2029, with options for vendors to propose additional contract years. The bid opening is scheduled for May 13, 2026 at 2:00 PM CST. Addendum 1, dated May 7, 2026, adds detailed specifications to Section 1.9 regarding the process for inspecting climbing wall structures, including visual inspections of anchors, connections, beams, girders, primary and secondary supports, panel integrity, frame and bracing, t-nuts, wall texture, expansion bolts, handholds, boulders, sheathing, plywood, and landing surfaces with surrounding safety areas.

The addendum clarifies the inspection and maintenance requirements that bidders must address in their proposals, establishing the technical standards expected for climbing wall and high ropes course safety and structural integrity. All other terms and conditions of the original bid remain unchanged.
