It is mandatory to submit electronic/scanned/digital image invoices only. You will receive an auto acknowledgement once the invoice is received. Please do not send duplicate emails.

In addition, the Contractor shall submit to the COR, the Maintenance Checklist for the work performed. No invoice for preventive maintenance services will be considered for payment other the relevant documentation is submitted.

The Contractor should expect payment 30 days after completion of service or 30 days after receipt of invoice at the Consulate’s payment office, whichever is later.

Commented [CS14]: @Radhakrishna, Varun K (Hyderabad) -

Above, it says that the COR is the contractor’s POC. Do we need this POC?

Commented [R(15R14]: To avoid confusion we can remove the POC and only the COR be the single point of contact with the contractor

Commented [CS16]: @Kulkarni, Venugopal R (Hyderabad) -

Can we instead use “HYDGSOProcurement@groups.state.gov“?

Commented [K(17R16]: Yes, sir, this is the wording we use for all our vendors.

Commented [K(18R16]: Invoice must be sent to

MissionIndiaPayments@state.gov and CC to kulkarnivr@state.gov, paneerukk@state.gov with the Purchase
