About this file
This document is a signed guidelines template for nonemployees with limited access to students in the Cherokee County School District (CCSD), located in Georgia. The guidelines establish behavioral and operational standards for vendors and other nonemployees who conduct business within school buildings, including restrictions on student interaction, authorized access areas, and required conduct during school hours. Nonemployees may only initiate contact with students when explicitly authorized by school administration and are restricted to designated areas necessary for their specific responsibilities. Access to school premises is limited to regular school hours or times prearranged with administration, and nonemployees may not access areas where children are present without an employee escort. The guidelines require that all nonemployees conduct themselves appropriately in speech and action and prohibit smoking and offensive language while on school premises.
The related contract opportunity involves the CCSD soliciting proposals for interior design and materials services for K-12 school districts participating in the Georgia Education Cooperative (GEC). This guidelines document serves as a compliance requirement for proposers responding to the School Nutrition Cafe Serving Line project. All project-related questions must be submitted through the Euna Procurement Portal. The document includes signature lines for company representatives to acknowledge receipt and understanding of the guidelines, with the last update dated August 2023.
