About this file
This is a Form 1 - Execution of Bid document from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) for solicitation 3202700010 regarding Print Shop Equipment procurement. The form serves as the official bid submission document that requires bidders to acknowledge receipt of all TWC Terms and Conditions included in the Invitation for Bid (IFB), agree to provide the items and services described, and commit to abiding by all specified terms. Bidders must complete all required information sections including bidder name, mailing and billing addresses, contact information, Employer Identification Number (EIN), and Texas Identification Number (TIN) before submitting their bid. The document requires authorized signatures affirming the bidder's obligations regarding subcontractors as outlined in IFB Section 3.18, and mandates notification to TWC of any substantial changes in financial condition, ownership, control, or pending litigation that could materially impact contract performance.
The form includes provisions requiring bidders to disclose any financial interests held in proposed subcontractors and allows bidders to take exceptions to specific terms and conditions by identifying them in detail at the time of bid submission. Bidders may claim various state preferences including those for Texas-owned businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned enterprises, Texas-grown agricultural products, recycled or environmentally sensitive materials, energy-efficient products, and other qualifying categories. The document emphasizes that all bidders must obtain an EIN prior to contract award and provides resources for obtaining a Texas Identification Number through the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts for payment processing purposes.
