Exhibit C

Information Technology

Information Outlets: All information outlets (IO) must be connected by horizontal cabling in a point-to-point home run (star topology) to the wiring centers. All cables identified as voice will be home-run back to the intermediate distribution frame (IDF) closet where public branch exchange (PBX) type dial tone emanates. All cables identified as data will be home-run back to the IDF.

All installed cabling, including cable pairs, connectors, patch cords, and patch panels, must be tested and certified to meet required performance specifications.

The IOs typically contain one or more Category 6a, four position (RJ-45 type) modular jacks. The specific quantity of IOs and the jacks per IO will be identified after the site survey has been completed.

The top left and/or top right jack/s will be used for voice; the balance will be designated for data and LAN purposes. Under no conditions will the cabling contractor tie wrap cable to the outside of existing conduit.

All cable must be installed via cable trays and any cable not in trays must be concealed and protected in a cable sheath.

Each network outlet flush mounted faceplate will incorporate four modular, universal RJ-45 IDC jack sockets meeting Category 6a specification: Black = voice, Ivory = data, Gray = LAN.

Each Employee Office will have a minimum of two IO outlets and the IO locations will be identified after the site survey has been completed.

The Work / Copy will have a minimum of two IO outlets and the IO locations will be identified after the site survey has been completed.

The Conference Room will have a minimum of seven IO outlets and the IO locations will be identified after the site survey has been completed. One IO jack will be located in the floor at the quadraplex electrical outlet, floor mounted with cover.

The Secure Storage will have a minimum of one IO outlet and the IO location will be identified after the site survey has been completed.

The Reception will have a minimum of one IO outlet and the IO location will be identified after the site survey has been completed.
