About this file

This document is an Attachment H - OMWESB Outreach Plan for the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) Request for Proposals (RFP) #5760. The purpose of this document is to outline the applicant's plan to solicit certified minority-owned, woman-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned, and emerging small businesses (Certified Firms) for subcontracting opportunities if awarded a contract from this procurement. The applicant is required to describe the steps they will take to solicit Certified Firms, the subcontracting opportunities and approximate dollar values, and their willingness to report the identity and value of each subcontract to the Oregon Certification Office for Business Inclusion and Diversity (COBID).

The related state and local contract opportunity is for the OHA Suicide Prevention Conference Planning & Production, which requires a contractor to plan and conduct two of the OHA's annual Oregon Suicide Prevention Conferences in the state of Oregon.
