About this file
This document contains questions and responses related to a task order solicitation from the Securities and Exchange Commission. The SEC is seeking proposals for Integrated Professional Acquisition Support Services 2.0 to provide on-site contractor personnel across various labor categories, as defined in an attached statement of work. Responses are required to include separate technical and price volumes for the task order, as well as resumes and letters of commitment for all proposed personnel not currently employed by the offeror. While some clarification questions were asked regarding documentation requirements, the SEC indicated resumes and letters of commitment would be needed for all 18 full-time equivalents listed in the task order scope of work.
