This document is an Invitation to Bid (ITB) issued by the New Mexico General Services Department Purchasing Division for Shooting Range Maintenance for the Department of Game and Fish (NMDGF), specifically covering the Stephen M. Bush Shooting Range in Clayton, NM and the Tres Piedras Shooting Range. The ITB seeks a vendor to provide cleaning services, minor damage repair, herbicide treatment, and mowing services for these two shooting ranges, with monthly visits to the Stephen M. Bush range and quarterly visits to the Tres Piedras range. The contract term is one year with options to extend for three additional years, not to exceed four years total. Bids are due on April 22, 2024, at 2:00 pm, with a formal sealed bid opening to occur immediately thereafter via Microsoft Teams.

The solicitation requires electronic bid submission through the eProNM system, with bidders expected to provide detailed monthly invoices documenting work performed, including labor hours, mileage, and specific tasks completed. The scope of work includes litter removal, toilet cleaning, debris management, minor repairs, and vegetation control, with specific instructions for each range location. Vendors must provide their own vehicle and insurance, and communicate effectively with NMDGF via email. The bid emphasizes documentation of work through photographs and timely reporting of any damages or maintenance issues. Payment will be made monthly based on hourly rates and completed work, with gross receipt taxes to be listed separately on invoices.
