About this file

The document is a State Certifications form from Laredo Independent School District (Laredo ISD) in Texas, outlining multiple required vendor certifications across various state government code sections. The form requires vendors to certify compliance with multiple regulations, including prohibitions on boycotting Israel, interactions with foreign terrorist organizations, employment assistance restrictions, energy company contract limitations, and non-discrimination policies toward firearm industries. Vendors must also commit to affirmative steps for encouraging participation by small, minority, women-owned businesses, and labor surplus area firms.

The certifications cover contracts valued at $100,000 or more with governmental entities, with specific requirements around federal funding, antitrust laws, and vendor eligibility. The document includes provisions for debarment and suspension checks through the System for Award Management (SAM), and requires vendors to affirm they have not violated Texas or federal antitrust laws. An agreement form is provided for vendors to initial and sign, confirming their understanding and compliance with all outlined regulations, with digital signatures accepted.
