About this file

This document is a Schedule of Subcontractors (Final) form for the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW Airport), designed to capture detailed information about subcontractors participating in a specific contract bid. The form requires prime bidders/contractors to comprehensively list all subcontractors, including their certification status (Minority-owned Business Enterprise [MBE], Women-owned Business Enterprise [WBE], or Non-M/WBE), relevant market area, description of services, NAICS commodity codes, and dollar amounts/percentages of work to be performed.

The form is specifically structured to support DFW Airport's Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) program, with strict requirements for documentation and certification. Subcontractors must have a place of business in the Airport's Relevant Market Area (Collin, Dallas, Denton, and Tarrant counties) and provide certification documentation. The prime contractor must detail the total work breakdown, including percentages of work to be completed by non-M/WBE subcontractors, M/WBE subcontractors, and work to be self-performed, with the total work percentage required to equal 100%. Failure to provide accurate and complete information may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive, and the Airport Board reserves the right to audit submitted M/WBE information.
