About this file

This is a Measurement and Payment document that establishes the pricing structure and compensation methodology for a wastewater treatment system installation project (Project PO-23-D21I). The document outlines unit prices, lump sum prices, and detailed scope of work for each line item, with compensation based on actual quantities completed and representing full compensation for all labor, materials, equipment, permits, taxes, site restoration, and work required to deliver complete, operational systems or components.

The project encompasses a pressurized septic system with multiple components: mobilization and demobilization services; 4-inch ASTM D3034 PVC solid sewer pipe installation (unit price per linear foot); underground double-sweep cleanout (lump sum); a 1,000-gallon, 2-compartment septic tank with effluent filter (lump sum); a 1,000-gallon pump chamber with Orenco Model PF 3005 pump and controls (lump sum); pressurized transport lines in 2-inch Schedule 40 PVC from pump tank to valve box (unit price per linear foot) and 1.25-inch Schedule 40 PVC from valve box to drainfield (unit price per linear foot); a valve box with three valves (lump sum); and a pressurized drainfield that will be paid for as either gravel trenches or gravelless plastic chambers (both unit prices per linear foot). The document also includes compensation for abandonment and pumping of an existing septic tank (lump sum). All pricing includes excavation, trenching, backfill, compaction, testing, and site restoration to equal or better than existing conditions.
