About this file

This is a price sheet attachment for an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the State of Utah Division of Purchasing on behalf of the Department of Corrections for movie viewing public performance licenses. The contract is designed to provide motion picture licenses for use in prisons, community correctional centers, and other correctional facilities throughout Utah. The IFB anticipates a single contract award to the lowest cost responsive and responsible vendor, with an initial contract term of five years. Vendors must guarantee their pricing for a minimum of two years from contract execution.

The price sheet establishes the pricing structure and terms for vendors submitting bids for the movie licensing services. Bidders are required to provide pricing that remains fixed for the guaranteed two-year period, after which pricing may be adjusted in accordance with the contract terms. The award will be made to the responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest cost solution, ensuring the State of Utah obtains competitive pricing for public performance rights to motion pictures across its correctional system.
