About this file
This is a master contract template from Snow College, a public institution in Utah, designed to accompany bids or requests for proposals for goods and services. The contract establishes the framework for engaging contractors to provide specified services to the College, with Snow College located in Ephraim and Richfield, Utah. The template accommodates various types of service engagements and includes provisions for a designated project manager to serve as the primary point of contact and coordinate activities between the College and the Contractor. The contract period is flexible, with designated beginning and termination dates subject to potential early termination or extension based on contract terms. The template allows for renewal options as applicable to specific engagements.
The contract establishes that Snow College will compensate the Contractor according to a pricing schedule provided in response to the specific bid or RFP, contingent upon satisfactory completion of work and subject to agreed-upon deductions or additions. The Contractor bears full responsibility for loss, theft, damage, or disappearance of its own equipment, tools, materials, and personal property, with the College assuming no liability for such losses. The Contractor must complete services in a timely and workmanlike manner in accordance with the bid or RFP requirements, comply with Project Manager direction, and agree to the Standard Contract Terms and Conditions for Goods and/or Services attached as Exhibit A. Special conditions, if any, take precedence over other contract attachments in case of conflict, though none are specified in this template.
