About this file
This is a master contract template issued by Snow College in Ephraim, Utah, for goods and services procurements. The document establishes the standard contractual framework between Snow College and contractors for various service and goods acquisitions. The specific contract opportunity associated with this template involves the removal and replacement of a well pump located at Well #65-93 (Application/Claim Number A18620, Certificate Number 4098) in Ephraim, Utah. The scope of work requires contractors to remove the existing well pump and provide and install a new 25 HP, 460V, 6-inch well pump utilizing existing pipe and wire. Snow College has established a maximum budget constraint of $25,000 for this project. The invitation for bid (IFB) does not specify response dates, due dates, site visits, or bidder conferences in the provided documentation. The contract term is not specified in the template, though provisions exist for renewal options to be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Bid pricing must be all-inclusive and cover all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, travel expenses, setup and installation fees, and any other associated costs or bonds, with no additional charges permitted after award. Snow College reserves the right to evaluate bids for responsiveness in accordance with the Utah Procurement Code and will accept only one primary bid per vendor, rejecting any multiple or alternate quotes submitted. The college may solicit additional quotes through email, phone, or other methods permitted under the Utah Procurement Code. Funding source and specific budget allocation details are not provided in the documentation beyond the stated $25,000 maximum project cost. No incumbent contractor, current environment conditions, or set-aside provisions are referenced in the available contract information.
