About this file
This document is a master contract template from Snow College, located in Ephraim and Richfield, Utah, paired with an Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the removal and installation of a well pump. The project requires a qualified contractor to remove the existing well pump from Well #65-93 (Application/Claim Number A18620, Certificate Number 4098) and provide and install a new 25 HP, 460-volt, 6-inch well pump using existing pipe and wire. The scope of work is limited to pump replacement services at the Ephraim, Utah location. The contract template indicates that the College will assign a project manager to serve as the main point of contact and coordinate project activities. The contract period, beginning and termination dates, renewal options, and specific response/due dates are not specified in the provided documents, as the master template contains blank fields for these details to be completed for individual procurements.
Bid pricing must be all-inclusive and cover all costs associated with the project, including the pump itself, all travel expenses, equipment, tools, labor, supplies, setup and installation fees, and any other costs or fees. No additional charges will be permitted after bid award. The contractor is responsible for all loss, theft, damage, or mysterious disappearance of their own equipment and materials. Multiple or alternate bids from a single vendor will not be accepted; Snow College will only consider the bidder's primary bid. Evaluation of bids will follow the Utah Procurement Code requirements, and bids must comply with the specifications outlined in the IFB. The College reserves the right to solicit additional quotes via email, phone, or other methods permitted by the Utah Procurement Code or applicable Administrative Rules.
