A minimum of three references from school boards or comparable clients with similar-sized projects must be provided with complete contact information. Bidders must disclose all subcontractors and their degree of utilization on the project. Additionally, bidders must declare any history of contract defaults, bid denials due to non-responsibility, or litigation involving the bidder or predecessor organizations within the past ten years, including relevant case numbers and explanations.
