About this file
This is a housekeeping standards document for Navarro College in Texas, establishing operational guidelines for custodial services at student housing facilities on the Corsicana Campus. The document outlines comprehensive cleaning and maintenance standards that custodial vendors must meet across the twenty-two buildings and 267 student suites within the housing complex. The standards address specific cleaning frequencies, methods, and quality expectations for various areas including common spaces, individual suites, bathrooms, and exterior grounds to ensure consistent facility maintenance and student satisfaction.
The housekeeping standards document specifies performance metrics and procedural requirements that prospective bidders must comply with to meet Navarro College's custodial service expectations. The document establishes baseline quality benchmarks across all housing facilities and provides detailed specifications for cleaning tasks, frequency schedules, and inspection protocols. These standards serve as evaluation criteria for vendor selection and performance measurement throughout the contract term, ensuring that custodial services maintain institutional standards for cleanliness, safety, and facility preservation in student housing environments.
