About this file

Exhibit E: Contract Performance Outside of the US or Colorado

This document is an exhibit to the Restorative Justice Program contract opportunity for the State of Colorado. The exhibit establishes the contractual framework and requirements for service delivery and performance standards related to the restorative justice initiative. The exhibit outlines the conditions under which contracted services may be performed outside the United States or the state of Colorado, specifying the authorized jurisdictions, approval processes, and compliance requirements that must be met if the contractor proposes to deliver services or conduct program activities beyond Colorado's borders. The document delineates the scope limitations, reporting obligations, and oversight mechanisms that apply to any out-of-state or international performance of contract duties.

The exhibit requires contractors to obtain prior written approval from the State of Colorado before undertaking any contract performance outside the specified geographic boundaries. It establishes performance standards and accountability measures to ensure that services delivered remotely or in other jurisdictions meet the same quality and compliance standards as those provided within Colorado. The document may also address insurance requirements, liability provisions, and any additional certifications or credentials needed for personnel working outside the state, along with documentation and reporting protocols to maintain oversight of remote work performance and contractor compliance with contractual obligations.
