About this file

This is an exhibit document titled "Contract Performance Outside of the US" that outlines requirements for the Colorado state procurement related to a Fresh Eggs Request for Quote. The exhibit establishes the framework and conditions under which contract performance may occur outside the United States. The document specifies that any work performed internationally must comply with applicable federal and state regulations, including restrictions on certain countries and compliance with export control laws. The exhibit details notification requirements that contractors must follow if they intend to perform work outside U.S. borders, including advance written notification to the contracting agency and documentation of the location and nature of work to be performed internationally.

The exhibit further addresses the regulatory and compliance obligations for contractors performing work outside the United States, including adherence to sanctions programs and prohibited party screening. Any contractor proposing to perform work internationally must demonstrate that such performance complies with all applicable restrictions and that neither the contractor nor any subcontractors appear on any prohibited parties lists maintained by federal agencies. The document establishes that the Colorado state entity reserves the right to deny approval for out-of-country performance or impose additional conditions on such performance based on compliance, security, or policy considerations. This exhibit serves as a protective mechanism to ensure that state procurement activities remain compliant with federal trade restrictions and national security requirements.
