About this file

Exhibit E – Contract Performance Outside of the US

This document is an exhibit to a Colorado state contract opportunity for Tasers & Accessories. Exhibit E addresses the requirements and restrictions applicable to contract performance conducted outside the United States. The exhibit establishes guidelines and compliance obligations for contractors who may perform work, deliver products, or provide services from locations outside U.S. borders in connection with the Tasers & Accessories contract. The document outlines the conditions under which out-of-country performance is permitted or prohibited, ensuring that state procurement requirements are met regardless of where contract activities occur.

The exhibit includes specific clauses and requirements that contractors must follow if any portion of the contract work is performed internationally. These provisions typically address compliance with U.S. export controls, federal procurement regulations, security considerations, and any applicable restrictions on foreign sourcing of products or components. Contractors are required to obtain prior approval from the state before performing work outside the United States and must maintain documentation demonstrating compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements for international contract performance.
