About this file
This is an exhibit document outlining contract performance requirements outside the United States for the Colorado Fresh Produce Request for Quote procurement. The document establishes guidelines and conditions that apply when contract performance, delivery, or services extend beyond U.S. borders. The exhibit addresses jurisdictional considerations, compliance requirements, and operational parameters for any work conducted internationally as part of the fresh produce supply agreement. It serves as a supplementary component to the primary contract documents and specifies how contractual obligations must be managed when activities occur outside the continental United States.
The exhibit establishes that contractors performing work outside the U.S. must comply with all applicable international laws, regulations, and trade agreements governing cross-border commerce and product importation. It clarifies liability, insurance, and documentation requirements for international operations, including customs compliance, phytosanitary certifications for fresh produce, and adherence to importing country regulations. The document ensures that regardless of where contract performance occurs, the contractor maintains the same performance standards, quality requirements, and delivery obligations specified in the primary contract terms.
