About this file
This exhibit outlines contract performance requirements for work conducted outside the United States in relation to the Shotgun Transition contract opportunity in Colorado. The document establishes the framework and conditions under which contractors may perform services, deliver products, or conduct work internationally, addressing compliance and operational considerations specific to offshore or foreign work execution. The exhibit specifies the jurisdictional parameters, authorization requirements, and any restrictions or approvals necessary for contractors to undertake work beyond U.S. borders while maintaining contractual obligations to the State of Colorado.
The document details the conditions, limitations, and procedural requirements that must be satisfied when contract performance occurs outside U.S. territory. This includes specifications regarding contractor authorization, compliance with applicable regulations, coordination with relevant authorities, and documentation requirements. The exhibit serves as a critical reference for bidders and contractors to understand what additional responsibilities, certifications, or approvals may be required if any portion of their proposed work involves international performance, ensuring transparency regarding the feasibility and scope of offshore or foreign-based contract execution.
