About this file

This is an Award Memo issued by the Utah Division of Purchasing and General Services announcing the intent to award a contract for the Morgan County School District's Portable Interior Classroom Remodel project (NS27-100). The solicitation called for bids related to interior remodeling work on portable classroom facilities located at 344 East Young Street in Morgan, Utah. An optional pre-bid conference and site visit were scheduled for September 1, 2026, at 9:00 AM. The bid submission deadline was September 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM through the UP3-Bonfire platform, with a question deadline of September 4, 2026, at 2:00 PM. Responses were evaluated according to criteria stated in the original solicitation document.

The memo confirms that an intended awardee has been selected and identified in accompanying award documentation available on the public website under Supporting Documentation. The awarded vendor(s) are prohibited from beginning work, purchasing materials, or entering into subcontracts until both the recipient and the Division of Purchasing and General Services execute a contract or issue a purchase order. Receipt of the award notification does not constitute a binding contract; only a signed contract or executed PO creates contractual obligations. Vendors have seven days from the issuance of this notice to submit any written protests of the award decision to the Procurement Officer. Questions regarding the solicitation should be directed to smcmillan@morgansd.org.
