5-Appendix A Property List Revised 10.9.26.xlsx

This is a property list appendix prepared for the Harrisburg Housing Authority (HRA) in support of a snow removal and salting contract opportunity for the City of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. The document catalogs 312 parcels across four ZIP codes (17102, 17110, 17104, and 17103) within Harrisburg's city proper that require snow removal and sidewalk salting services. The properties are identified by parcel identification numbers and street addresses, with maintenance classifications indicating whether each lot requires both snow and lawn maintenance or lawn maintenance only. The contract scope encompasses between 295-315 lots scattered throughout the city, with all solicitation documents and bidding requirements available through PennBID at no cost. Bids are valid for 60 days from submission, and the solicitation includes a questions and answers guide that interested prime and subcontractors must review prior to submitting inquiries or attending required site visits.

The property list serves as the definitive inventory for bidders to calculate labor, equipment, and material requirements for the snow removal and salting contract. Properties titled to HRA or jointly titled to HRA and the City are included, with some parcels designated for specific uses such as a police station, fire station, and sub-station. The document indicates that certain properties have adopted status or specific conditions such as fencing or boarding, which bidders must account for in their proposals. Interested contractors must identify their bidding intent by logging into the project profile on PennBID prior to formal bid submission.
