About this file

This document is an Addendum (#3) to a Request for Proposals (RFP) issued by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for Expert Professional Project Support Services. The RFP (RFP# 6000002545) solicits proposals for a four-year "Task Order" Program with a submission deadline of 2:00 P.M. on December 13, 2024. The procurement seeks professional support services to be delivered on a task order basis, with potential multiple category submissions.

The RFP includes specific subconsultant participation goals requiring selected consultants to demonstrate a good faith effort to meet diversity requirements: 20% Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), 10% Women-owned Business Enterprises (WBE), and 3% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB). Proposers must provide names and addresses of proposed MBE/WBE/SDVOB firms with their initial submission, understanding that additional or alternate firms may be added for each specific task order. SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE PERFORMANCE OF EXPERT

PROFESSIONAL PROJECT SUPPORT SERVICES AS REQUESTED ON

A “TASK ORDER” BASIS FOR A FOUR-YEAR TERM (RFP# 6000002545)

– ADDENDUM #3

Dear Sir or Madam:

The following is a question from a Request for Proposals (RFP) recipient. The question and the corresponding Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (the Authority) answer is provided for your information and use, as appropriate.

Question #1: If we plan to submit on multiple categories within the Operational Support “Task Order” Program, do we have to submit Minority Business Enterprises (MBE), Women-owned Business Enterprises (WBE) and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Business (SDVOB) firms for each category?

Answer #1: Yes. The selected Consultant(s) will need to demonstrate a good faith effort to meet the subconsultant participation goals (20% MBE, 10% WBE and 3% SDVOB) on a task order basis. For the purposes of this RFP, provide the names and addresses of all proposed MBE/WBE/SDVOBs that shall be included in this plan, understanding that a plan must be provided for each solicited task order at which time, additional and/or alternate MBE, WBE, and SDVOB firms may be added.

The date for receipt of proposals for the subject RFP remains 2:00 P.M. on December 13, 2024.

If you have any questions, please contact Ms. Amira Willis at amwillis@panynj.gov.
