Level IV Personal Protection Officer certification is not required for this solicitation.

A). Temple Independent School District requires that any vendor submitting a proposal for armed guard services possess a valid Texas Private Security Contractor Company License issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety Private Security Program at the time of proposal submission.
This requirement ensures that all proposers are legally authorized to provide security guard services in the State of Texas in accordance with Texas Occupations Code Chapter 1702.

A copy of the applicable company license should be included with the proposal documentation. Verification of individual officer licenses may be required prior to the commencement of services.
