About this file

This is a procurement portal instruction document issued by the City of Charlotte, North Carolina, detailing submission requirements for the CATS Blue Line Track Welding Services rebid opportunity. The City of Charlotte is soliciting a turnkey service program for regular maintenance, inspection, and repair of the Blue Line track infrastructure to ensure structural integrity, durability, and safety in accordance with Maintenance of Way (MOW) rail maintenance and track safety standards. All solicitation questions must be submitted electronically through the Vendor Discussions section of the Bonfire procurement portal at https://charlottenc.bonfirehub.com. Vendors are required to submit all bid responses electronically via the same portal prior to the posted due date, with the City strongly recommending that vendors allow at least one week prior to the deadline to complete the uploading and finalization process to accommodate potential delays from large file transfers and variable internet connection speeds.

The Bonfire procurement portal is compatible with Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox browsers, with JavaScript and browser cookies required for proper functionality.
