About this file

This is a procurement portal instruction document from the City of Charlotte, North Carolina, applicable to the CATS Blue Line Track Welding Services contract opportunity. The City of Charlotte seeks a turnkey service program for regular servicing work including maintenance, inspection, and repair of Blue Line track infrastructure to ensure structural integrity, durability, and safety. All work must comply with Maintenance of Way (MOW) rail maintenance and track safety standards. Vendors must submit solicitation questions electronically through the Bonfire procurement portal's Vendor Discussions section. All submissions must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized through the portal prior to the posted project due date, with the City recommending that vendors allow at least one week prior to the deadline to complete the submission process and account for potential upload delays based on document size and internet connection speed.
