About this file
This is a pricing tab document submitted in response to a Request for Proposals issued by the Boulder County Parks and Open Space Department (BCPOS) in Colorado for district planning consultant services. The scope of work encompasses eleven line items designed to support the development of an overarching county-wide planning framework and a district-level management plan for the Peak to Peak District over an 18-month timeframe. The deliverables include project management and coordination, district planning framework development, technical synthesis and existing plan/policy integration, key performance indicators and implementation guidance, six-district boundary analysis and refinement, core engagement strategy and communications planning, engagement implementation and facilitation, engagement analysis and reporting, Peak-to-Peak plan development and writing, graphics/mapping/accessibility and document production, and POSAC/BOCC review support with after-action documentation.
Proposers are required to provide a lump sum budget for each of the eleven line items with a total project cost that is exclusive of federal and state taxes due to Boulder County's tax-exempt status. Additionally, proposers must submit an hourly rate sheet for all staff anticipated to be involved in the project and a detailed material cost sheet. The pricing submission requires signature of the proposer, including the printed name, title of the person submitting the proposal, company name, and date of submission.
