Dear Mr Grizadas, This letter is to advise that IMAN’s Green ReEntry Program (GRE) will be the sole source service provider for participants in the Richard J. Daley College/Green ReEntry program.

IMAN’s Green ReEntry program has had a successful partnership with Daley College over the past 4 years. . IMAN is uniquely positioned to provide these holistic services, within its campus, which has resulted in a 80+% program completion rate and an ever expanding applicant pool for Daley.

Services Rendered (detailed):

● Recruitment: GRE received over 300 applicants in 2024 for all of its programs, with the capacity to serve only a fraction of those applicants. Richard J. Daley would better serve the community and would benefit from increased enrollment through our partnership.

● Behavioral & Physical Health: IMAN is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).

All applicants go through an extensive intake process to assess student needs in order to best support their success. Students have behavioral health groups as well as therapy sessions to assist with their growth and development.

● Case Management: All students are assigned a case manager/life coach to teach and guide them the soft skills necessary for their success. They also have sessions of

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Criminal Addictive Thinking, Art Therapy, etc. to aid in that process. A GRE caseworker would be on campus to support Daley instructors with their students.

● Obstacles to Success: GRE will offset obstacles to student success such through need-based stipends, meals, and transportation for their time in the program.

● Enrichment: GRE organizes site-visits, job fairs, travel opportunities, and other enrichment experiences to support their long-term success, post graduation.

We are extremely excited about this partnership and are confident of the tremendous impact it can have on Englewood and the surrounding communities that Richard J. Daley and IMAN serve.

If you require additional information, feel free to contact me.

Sincerely, Jose Acevedo
