About this file
This is a certification and compliance document related to a state and local contract opportunity for On-Call Consulting Services at Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport in Lubbock, Texas. The document outlines mandatory certifications required under Texas Government Code Sections 2271 and 2274 that must be completed by contractors meeting specific thresholds. The certifications apply to companies with 10 or more full-time employees entering into contracts valued at $100,000 or more paid wholly or partly from public funds. No specific details regarding project scope, timelines, deliverables, site visits, or bidder conferences are included in this certification document.
The document requires contractors to certify compliance with three distinct requirements: (1) the company does not boycott Israel and will not do so during the contract term; (2) the company does not discriminate against firearm entities or firearm trade associations and will not do so during the contract term; and (3) the company does not boycott energy companies and will not do so during the contract term. An exemption is provided for governmental entities whose constitutional or statutory duties related to debt issuance, fund management, or investment make these requirements inconsistent with those duties. The document provides space for company signature, authorized representative name and title, and date of execution but contains no information regarding pricing, funding sources, award dates, or contract terms and renewal options.
