About this file
This document is a set of engineering and demolition project plans prepared by HNTB Corporation for Williamson County, Texas, specifically detailing the RM 2243 Expansion Project for the demolition of structures within the Liberty Hill Bypass. The project limits extend from 183A to RM 2243 near Garey Park, involving the removal of multiple residential and commercial structures across various parcels. The project is part of a road bond management initiative, with the demolition work focused on clearing structures within the proposed right-of-way for future road expansion.
The project involves demolishing approximately 20-25 structures, including mobile homes, residential buildings, metal storage buildings, sheds, and other auxiliary structures across multiple parcels. Many of the structures contain asbestos and significant debris, requiring careful demolition procedures. The plans specify that permanent concrete foundations are to remain in place and the existing ground is not to be disturbed. Each parcel is meticulously documented with location details, property identification numbers, and specific demolition requirements. The project appears to be funded through Williamson County's road infrastructure development program, with HNTB Corporation providing engineering and planning services for the systematic removal of structures to facilitate the RM 2243 realignment.

A sediment control fence may be constructed near the downstream perimeter of a disturbed area along a contour to intercept sediment from overland runoff, A 2 year storm frequency may be used to calculate the flow rate to be f i I tered.
Sediment control fence should be sized to filter a maximum flow through rote of 100 GPM/FT2. Sediment control fence is not recommended to control erosion from a drainage area larger than 2 acres.

GENERAL NOTES
1. Vertical tracking is required on projects where soi I distributing activities have occurred unless otherwise approved .
2. Perform vertical tracking on slopes to temporarily stobil ize soi I.
3. Provide equipment with a track undercarriage capable of producing linear soi I impressions measuring a minimum of 12" in length by 2" to 4" in width by 1/2" to 2" in depth.
4. Do not exceed 12" between track impressions.
5. lnstal I continous I inear track impressions where the minimum 12" length impressions are perpendicular to the slope or direction of water flow.
Dozer tracks create track imprints poral lel to the slope contour.
