About this file
This is a Deliverables Schedule (Attachment I) that outlines the milestones and deliverables required for a task order related to USACE water management systems work. The schedule specifies seven primary deliverables with corresponding delivery dates measured from either the Task Order award date or the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
The initial deliverables include a Draft Work Plan due 15 days after Task Order award, followed by pre-work coordination meeting materials (agenda due 2 days prior to the meeting and minutes due 2 days after). A Final Work Plan is due 30 days after Task Order award. Subsequent deliverables include USACE Water Management Systems familiarization completion (NTP + 60 days), web page verification and edits with embedded link verification (NTP + 120 days), modification of processes to run in CWBI systems (NTP + 300 days), and process improvements completion (NTP + 240 days). All deliverables are marked as "completed" status items, indicating the contractor must demonstrate full completion by the specified dates.
