The Holmes Safety Bulletin is published bimonthly (6 times a year), and is usually about 28 pages in length (including covers). Contact Belinda Browning at browning.belinda@dol.gov for a copy. Copies of past issues can also be viewed on the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) website at www.msha.gov.
