The Schedule of Items Sheet on the Attachment 1 Pricing Worksheet aggregates all Periods of Performance (Base year + 4 1 yr option periods).

Total IDIQ Estimated Value (Base Year Plue 4 One Year Option Periods):
| 3 | RFP | Page 73, Section L, Item 1 | Attachment 1 CASS FoT F-35 Depot _Pricing Worksheet. If offering quantity discounts, please use the Optional - Quantity Discount column on the Attachment 1 CASS FoT F-35 Depot _Pricing Worksheet to display the unit price for each quantity/volume threshold, i.e. 5 units, 10 units, etc. | Please explain how the discounted price will be evaluated and calculated in the total evaluated price or otherwise considered in the source selection decision. | Column I is optional. If offeror intends to provide any discounts based on quantities ordered (economies of scale) or volume discounts (percentage discount based on order value), they may include that information here. This information will not be considered as a part of the price analysis |
| 4 | RFP | Page 76, Section M | Factor One: Determination of technical acceptability - An offeror must not simply state their proposed product solutions conforms with the Solicitation Minimum Requirements. Offerors must demonstrate they are capable of providing the required Brand Name products by supplying all requested information. Simply stating their product solutions are compliant with solicitation minimum requirements without providing proof (i.e subcontracting plan) or without providing the requested documentation may result in a rating of “Fail” for Factor 1: Technical Acceptability. | Please explain how the technical capability evaluation of end items will be evaluated to ensure compliant and conforming material. What are the minimum technical requirements of the part numbers being procured? For example, how is the Government ensuring the material procured is at the latest firmware and latest configuration required by the government and is a compliant, conforming part? | Offerors will be responsive by providing the exact part numbered items. |
Page 73, paragraph 5 states: "In addition, please include with the proposal, (1) Product Literature as necessary to include a description of the proposed items, features.
As Stated in Section M, p. 75, Additionally, award will be made in the aggregate for all items. The Government will evaluate the contractor’s proposal to ensure pricing and delivery lead time is provided for all required Brand Name part numbers identified in Attachment 1 CASS FoT Pricing Worksheet.
5 RFP Page 73, paragraph 5 states: In addition, please include with the proposal, (1) Product Literature as necessary to include a description of the proposed items, features. Will the Government please clarify what is meant by "as necessary" in terms of which line items require product literature? For example, there are some products which do not have data sheets or detailed spec sheets, as they are "widgets." the language "as necessary" was included with the understanding that some items contained in the product list would not have extension/comprehensive descriptions or literature based on their general or non-complex characteristics or features. There is no list of items that will be provided that will note which items are required to have this additional data. Hence the "as necessary" language. I hope this brings clarity.
