Questions and Answers for Request for Proposal #47QSWC24R0004 - CASS FoT Amendment 01
Question #Document NamePage and Section NumberTextVendor QuestionGovernment Response
1RFP and Pricing WorksheetRFP, page 8, Pricing worksheet, sheets 2 - 6F.1 Period of Performance: (1) base year and four (4) one-year options or until the anticipated award ceiling of $51,000,000.00 is reached. The total aggregated price (quantities x quoted unit prices) for the base year and four (4) one-year option prices will be evaluated at the time of award (Reference attachment 1 CASS FoT F-35 Depot _Pricing Worksheet). The price(s) currently in effect for the upcoming option period(s) will remain in effect unless a price adjustment is requested, substantiated, and approved.Understanding the question period has concluded and answers have since been provided, we are wondering if the Government would consider clarifying the anticipated Period of Performance (PoP) is for this effort. In reviewing the official RFP documentation, there does not appear to be any information defining the anticipated PoP (dates / years) for the Base Period and subsequent Options.Section F.1, page 8 contains the contemplated POP. Additionally, the pricing worksheet contains data stating the Base year plus 4 options. The table contained in the section F.1 will be amended to clarify that Period of Performance will commence 1 business day after award of contract. It is not feasible to provide more specific performance dates as the government would run the risk of the dates changing due to delays in awarding the contract.
