Third-party device management includes maintaining telematics device inventory and installing, removing, or replacing devices as required, with an optional service for other tracking and communication devices. Fueling services require coordinating with GSA to add a minimum of three gallons to internal combustion engine vehicles at prevailing local rates, while battery electric vehicles must be charged to the minimum customer driving distance up to a maximum 100-mile range. Vehicle movement services are categorized by distance: relocating vehicles within 25 miles within two business days as a standard service; standard movement of 25 to 50 miles as an optional service within five business days; and non-standard movement within 50 miles or all movement exceeding 50 miles within five business days, with the contractor responsible for fuel, charging, and toll costs on optional and non-standard movements.
