About this file

This PowerPoint presentation details the GSA Vehicle Purchasing Open Season for Fiscal Year 2026, focusing on Light Duty Vocational Trucks (Solicitation 47QMCA22R0014) and Star of Life Ambulance (Solicitation 47QMCA23R0076). The Open Season process is an annual automated system through GSAFleet.gov that allows existing contractors to update pricing, specifications, and vehicle models for the 2026 model year, while also enabling new vendors to submit proposals for previously uncontracted models.

Key dates include a Vendor Pre-Bid Intentions period from May 1-June 2, 2025, with the Open Season Industry Day on May 28, 2025. The bidding process will occur in three rounds: Round 1 from June 9-July 31, Round 2 from August 11-September 1, and Round 3 from September 8-26. Vendors must enter both technical data and pricing, with pricing not being evaluated until Round 2. Ordering will open in GSAFleet.gov on October 20, 2025. New offerors must submit full proposal documents as outlined in the RFP, and all proposed vehicles must comply with federal standards and be commercially available.
