The document includes a clause about potential liquidated damages if the vendor fails to deliver services within the specified time frame, with the specific damage amount to be determined by the Contracting Officer.
The certification is part of a GSA Federal Acquisition Service solicitation (47QFHA25R0017) for a MDoDS Pool Small Business On-Ramp, covering professional service support for complex military and defense-related systems. The scope involves supporting personnel and readiness projects that may include national security systems, communication systems, surveillance systems, and other capabilities designed to enhance military readiness and national security effectiveness.
