I understand that we are to submit two separate proposals, but they are combined on one SF1442 and the pricing schedules are also combined.

Are you wanting us to submit two different bid bonds, one for each of the proposals or are you wanting one for the entire SF1442? 12/6/2021 Yes; two different bid bond are required per project proposal. GSA CO/Mark

0001 02 12/3/2021 Technical

Are pictures available of interior finishes or copy of interior finish legend for each building ? 12/6/2021 No pictures are available to my knowledge GSA PM/Paul

Can you please address the following?

1 - Is the Fuel oil tank being replaced?

2- Are we assuming that ventilation rates from original design are to remain? 12/6/2021

1. Per SOW, Section 2.1.1.3: Fuel Oil System - Piping: Contractor shall design and install new fuel oil transfer pump, associated fuel oil piping, leak protection, and required appurtenances to serve the new boiler equipment. New fuel oil system shall be designed in accordance with latest codes and standards, including NFPA 30.

Fuel oil tank is NOT to be replaced as part of this project.

2. Ventilation rates are to be determined during the design phase and are to take into account current existing conditions of each facility. The ventilation rates from the original design are NOT to be used. GSA PM/Paul

1. Can you please clarify which factor you would like the PPQ’s in?

2. Can CPARS be submitted for factor 2 instead of PPQ’s?

3. For Factor 2: Experience of Comparable Projects we would like to see if instead of the last 3 years can it be 7 years?

4. Can previous GSA PPQ’s be used in the solicitation proposal? 12/6/2021

1. PPQ’s are a FACTOR 2 requirement.

2. No, we are looking for no more than a 2-page narrative.

3. This factor requires relevant projects “completed within the last 3 years”.

4. The contractor must ensure that the PPQ’s provided meets the requirements of FACTOR 2 of this solicitation. GSA CO/Mark
