About this file

This solicitation package describes an on-ramp opportunity to increase the award pool for an existing Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract known as the Southern MATOC. The solicitation seeks up to two additional small business contractors to provide general construction services for the General Services Administration (GSA) Public Buildings Service (PBS) in the states of Washington and Oregon. Eligible firms must have a place of business in the specified geographic area and be able to self-perform at least 30% of general construction work. The existing IDIQ includes five awardees and has a total maximum value of $30 million with an optional $10 million increase. Task orders will range from $25,000 to $2.81 million and may not exceed $5 million individually. The period of performance for new awardees is anticipated as February 1, 2022 through July 31, 2023 matching the existing IDIQ awardees. Task order solicitations will be issued by GSA offices in Region 10 using various selection procedures including lowest price and technical acceptance with fair and reasonable pricing. Construction projects may utilize various delivery methods such as design-bid-build and design-build.
