About this file
This document is a Solicitation for the REC Office Reconfiguration Sound Proofing project, Solicitation Number 47PK0725R0026, dated 8/19/2025. The solicitation includes a series of clarifying questions and responses regarding specific project details for rooms 1-403 and 1-405, focusing on painting, baseboard installation, and project scope.
Key details include confirmation that only baseboards along newly installed walls need to be reused or installed as new, and walls are to be painted with "Sugar Cookie" colored paint. Some questions about thresholds and stone baseboards were deemed outside the scope of the sound proofing project. Additional material specifications for ceiling tiles are referenced to be found in an attached document. The solicitation appears to be seeking clarification on precise implementation details for the office reconfiguration and sound proofing work.
