NOTES: Carl from MT2 met me at Piegan and Raymond for the sitewalks. Facilities management let us in the space but did not accompany us in the walk-through of the project space.

In Piegan, Carl had the following questions:

Q: What are the sizes of the HVAC ducts?

A: After finding the mechanical room, the ducts appeared to be 2ftx2ft Q: What design do the tiles have that require replacing?

A: They are porous (acoustic) and cannot be cleaned. The scope requires that they be replaced.

Q: Can porous materials be encapsulated (sealed) rather than cleaned or replaced.

A: No. Because they are being shot and torn apart, they need to be replaced rather than encapsulated.

Q: Does the peg board behind the IFR control computers need to be replaced?

A: Yes.

In Raymond:

Q: What materials is the bullet trap made of?

A: Recycled tire mulch.

Q: Does pegboard behind control computers need to be replaced?

A: No. The pegboard is metal and can be cleaned.
